In oleochemistry, the composition of the vegetable oil is key. While linoleic acid is essential for nutritional purposes, oleic acid content or the percentage of unsaturated carbon chains is important for applications in the chemicals industry. Oleic acid first has to be extracted from various raw materials because there are only limited oils available that will yield oleic acid directly on the basis of simple splitting processes, i.e. without complex prior treatment.

We produce most of our raw materials ourselves and check all of the materials for purity, color, odor and composition to determine the required process conditions. We have continuously optimized our processing technology over the course of the years, regularly spearheading the state of the art.
